Acceptance of Terms. By using https://translationservicespowell.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Document Translation Services, Farsi Translation Services, Pashto Translation Services, Dari Translation Services, Interpretation Services provided by Afghan Translation Association (ATA). Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Afghan Translation Association (ATA) or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Afghan Translation Association (ATA) reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Afghan Translation Association (ATA) disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Afghan Translation Association (ATA)'s total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Afghan Translation Association (ATA) from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. OH law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in OH.
Modifications. Afghan Translation Association (ATA) may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
